His responsibilities include researching duty rates and admissibility requirements, auditing Importer Security Filings, Customs Entries and FDA Prior Notices. His expertise in working with customs, government agencies, and freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and cargo handlers has been instrumental in the success of the business.

William worked for 7 years in Seattle, WA, obtaining his Customs Brokers License in August 1996, and then worked for 23 years in Miami, FL as Branch Manager before moving up to Jersey City, NJ in 2020. For a time, William served as a Board Member at the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association and participated in the Government Affairs Committee. He currently serves on the Board for the NYNJFFF&BA and is Chairman of their I.T. Committee. William is a Certified Customs Specialist with the NCBFAA and participates in NCBFAA meetings and committees as part of his commitment to the industry. His educational background includes studies in Liberal Arts at Marietta College and Computers and Business at Barry University.
